| 1990 | 1000 Animals entered per
National Show became the norm in 1990, 1992,1994 and 1996. The largest
small stock show in the world. 40th Anniversary celebrated at Grootfontein
Agricultural College, Middelburg E.C. International Expo at Bloemfontein,
where the Dorper breed came into its own. In the carcass competition 120
entrants entered 1200 animals of all breeds of which 600 were slaughtered.
The Dorpers won 8 of the first places. |
