Bostaande ramme word teen onvrugbaarheid of dood as gevolg van die verkoper se optrede vir 'n periode van veertien dae gewaarborg. The above rams are guaranteed against infertility or death attributable to the seller for a period of fourteen days.  The onus is on he buyer to have the ram tested by a veterinarian who must issue an infertility or death certificate.  In such an instance I undertake:

Ek die ondergetekende is bewus van en aanvaar hiermee die Veilingsreëls asook die waarborg soos hierbo gestipuleer.

Ek aanvaar ook dat die beskerming verleen deur die Genootskap geensins vertolk sal word as 'n boergskap of waarborg van enige aard aan enigiemand en ek vrywaar die Genootskap teen alle eise hoegenaamd wat mag ontstaan uit hoofde van die verlening van beskerming.
I also accept that the auspices of the Society can in no way be inerpreted as a sponsorship or guarantee of any description to anyone, and i indemnify the Society against all claims whatsoever which may arise from courts for the granting of auspices.
