The Dorper Sheep Breeders' Society of South Africa

All applications for Sale Dates must reach the Office on or before 5 June of every year.
You have to apply for your date every year.
Your application must be complete:

Place where sale will be held;

Date required for sale;

Proof that you participated in three Official sales must be given. Means of proof will be statement of account as supplied by Auctioneer - even if you did not sell any rams at such sale you must still request a statement showing that you entered five rams but none were sold;

To qualify members must enter a minimum of five rams at three Official sales

and these rams must go through the sales ring. If Veldram projects are used
for qualification a minimum of five rams must be entered regardless whether they complete the full test or not.
Clubs will notify the Society of entries

Telephone numbers where you can be contacted for enquiries.

The onus will rest with Clubs and members to furnish the Office with complete and timely entries.
In future the office will not remind anybody or request anybody to supply a sale date.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED (NO APPLICATION BY 5 JUNE MEANS NO SALE DATE!!!!!!)

These rules will be strictly applied and, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will any concessions be made.
